Ms. Parminder Vir said that Indian Film and Entertainment Industry is going through a tremendous growth and it has not been affected even in the worst period of recession. She emphasized that there is no word as impossible, if you have zeal to make your dreams come true. She also underlined the importance of tradition of story-telling. She talked about the challenges, faced in establishing herself in UK.
Cinema will never die and it is very close to my heart. Although the new media has damaged a lot of cinema, but still I do feel that the miracle of cinema will continue. These words were shared by an eminent film maker Ms. Parminder Vir on the topic World Media Scenario and Indo-UK Media.
Noted British writer and Film Maker Mr. Simon Howard also shared his views on the topic Global Film Industry and Film Education and experiences of visits to India and Indian film industry. He also expressed his interest to work with Indian cinema as he finds a great scope of Indian Films in the world panorama.
An interesting exercise based on films was conducted by Ms. Richa Sharma, CEO, Global Punjabi Media Pvt. Ltd. She expressed also her views on film making.
